Woonco better connects three different: that of process supervision, design and construction. In the transition between these, opportunities are often untapped or things go really wrong: a design process that gets stuck because of a lack of preparation and consensus within the group, ground that is not released because good plans are not properly communicated or construction costs that skyrocket because too much late pairing with builders. Woonco does not operate as one large B.V. but as a transparent organization of independent professionals who keep each other on their toes and innovate together.
