On the heath near Hilversum, the Hoorneboeg domain is being transformed into a 'country estate for inspiration'. Not only did we realize the entrance building for this special location, but we also made a design for the 'outdoor workshop'. A beautiful place in the forest where you learn to work natural materials with your hands and where crafts are passed on; from cutting spoons, making soap and felting wool to vegetable gardening, fermenting and working with medicinal hers. Also it is a place with room for lectures, group meetings, (nature) coaching, artistic activities and stories around the campfire.

This outdoor workshop consists of two buildings, a workshop/kitchen with accommodation on the first floor and a wood workshop/volunteer space. Both buildings are positioned in such a way that no trees have to be felled.
